Maataloustuottajien yhteistyösopimus johti tehokkaampaan laiduntamiseen

Italiassa tilojen keskimääräinen koko on noin 8 hehtaaria. Tällainen koko ei salli suuria investointeja eikä useinkaan takaa viljelijälle riittäviä tuloja.

Nykyinen ilmasto suurine vaihteluineen sekä äärimmäisine sääilmiöineen, kuten Välimeren alueen vuoden 2017 kuivuus, lisää maanviljelijöiden epävarmuutta. Tuotannon monipuolistaminen on välttämätöntä sen varmistamiseksi, että maatila pystyy vastaamaan mahdollisiin tuotannonmenetyksiin.

Esittelyssä Putkisalon kartano

Putkisalon kartano sijaitsee 300 km Helsingistä pohjoiseen ja sen monipuolisesta toiminnasta vastaavat Susanna Nuutinen ja Mikael Westerstråhle. Tila tuottaa jalostuseläimiä, karitsanlihaa ja viljaa. Tilalla on myös metsää ja laajoja monimuotoisia perinnelaitumia.

2as Reuniões das RAINs do AFINET

Entre Janeiro e Fevereiro de 2018 ocorreu, nas nove regiões do projeto AFINET, a segunda reunião das Redes Regionais de Inovação Agroflorestal (RAINs). Estiveram presentes um total de 129 produtores, que contribuíram para uma lista inicial de inovações sobre a qual os parceiros se irão debruçar. Os debates e visitas de campo organizados durante estas reuniões foram dinamizadores e apreciados pelos membros das RAINs.
