Dear EURAF members and fans,
Manuel Bertomeu holds a Ph.D. degree in Forestry Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM) and he is the Secretary of EURAF.
Since 1992 he has worked with the private sector, NGOs and international and national research institutions in forestry and agroforestry research and development in Equatorial Guinea, The Philippines, Laos and Spain.
Francesca Camilli is a researcher at the Institute for the BioEconomy of the National Research Council of Italy, CNR-IBE, and member of AIAF, the Italian Agroforestry Association. She graduated in Biological Sciences at the University of Florence and got my PhD in Geography and Commodities Sciences at the University of Bari.
Patrick Worms, a Cambridge-educated molecular geneticist, is President of EURAF. He also represents CIFOR-ICRAF (aka Centre for International Forestry Research and World Agroforestry) to policy makers, donors and corporate partners in Brussels and elsewhere in Europe.

The General Assembly of EURAF is on going from 6 to 8 pm CET on line. Find all the support presentations of the country updates in this news.
The 5th European Agroforestry Conference, which has been postponed to 17th – 19th May 2021, is launching a new Call for Abstract, only for poster presentation. See the main topics here. Both those who have already submitted an abstract in the last call and those who did not, can submit new abstracts. Your proposal will be revised by the EURAF2020 Scientific Committee.
The deadline for the abstract submission is on the 15th of January 2021.
