AFINET has five specific objectives

The launch of the AFINET project took place in Universidad de Santiago de Compostela, Campus de Lugo, Spain on 16 and 17 February 2017. In total there were 31 delegates, with each of the partners represented, advisory board and an European Commission representative. Presentations were made by the Project Co-ordinator (Prof Rosa Mosquera Losada) and the leaders of the work-packages. On the 16 February, some of the delegates visited agroforestry experimental sites near Lugo.
Het AFINET-project ging van start met een kick-off meeting in Spanje (Lugo) aan de Universiteit van Santiago de Compostela, op 16 en 17 februari 2017.
Alle projectpartners namen deel, en verder ook leden van de adviescommissie en een vertegenwoordiger van de Europese Commissie.
De projectcoördinator (Prof. Rosa Mosquera-Losada) en de werkpakketleiders verzorgden presentaties. Op 16 februari vond ook een bezoek plaats aan een agroforestry-site vlakbij Lugo.
O lançamento do projeto AFINET ocorreu na Universidade de Santiago de Compostela, Campus de Lugo, em Espanha, a 16 e 17 de Fevereiro de 2017. No total estiveram presentes 31 delegados, representando cada um dos parceiros, o Conselho Consultivo e um representante da Comissão Europeia. As apresentações foram realizadas pela Cocoordenadora do projeto (Prof Rosa Mosquera Losada) e os lideres de cada uma das work-packages. No dia 16 de Fevereiro, alguns dos delegados visitaram parcelas experimentais agroflorestais próximo de Lugo.
