In this master's thesis, Robin designed a forest garden for us. A forest garden is a form of permaculture design of an alternative agricultural system. As many plants as possible are edible for humans and grow in positive interactions on several levels with one another in order to achieve high production and diversity. The location factors of a selected area in the center of the project area “We are building the future” were documented for this purpose. Existing structural and cultivated plants as well as the needs and wishes of the future residents and their capacities were incorporated into the planning and design of the forest garden.
